Notes & Trivia[]

  • Wishmaster 2 and Wishmaster 2: Evil Never Dies redirects to this page.
  • The tagline to this film is, "Evil has been summoned... again!".
  • Wishmaster 2 was screened theatrically in France where it grossed 21,421 francs in admissions on July 13th, 1999.
  • Spoofs the 1994 Disney animated feature The Lion King, which is odd, since you would think it would riff on Aladdin.

Bloopers[]

  • The Djinn does not always fulfill wishes to the exact letter in which they are requested. For instance, when Eric wishes that he had never been born, he is shown regressing in age until he is nothing but a fetus. However, Morgana still has memories of him. This should not have been the case had Eric actually never been born.
  • The Djinn first wish would have ended the whole movie! why because the guy making the wish, wished for him never to be born which meant the girl never met him and never went to rob the museum and the Djinn would have never been freed.
