Waylon was a minor character featured in the HBO television series True Blood. He was played by actor John F. Schaffer and appeared in the series' pilot episode, "Strange Love".

Biography Edit

Waylon was the manager of a Super Sav-a-Bunch, which was a home improvement center located in Bon Temps, Louisiana. He hired Tara Thornton to work as an employee for him, despite her inhospitable disposition. Waylon was slightly terrified of Tara, and let her get away with just about anything, even when it came to a cussing out customers. Ultimately, Tara quit the job, but she made sure to embarrass Waylon as much as possible before doing so. [1]

  • In the closing credits of the episode, Waylon is credited as Sav-a-Bunch manager. He is identified by name in the episode itself by Tara Thornton who shouts for him.
