The Borrower is an American horror film of the science fiction subgenre. It was directed by John McNaughton and written by Mason Nage and Richard Fire. It premiered in New York City, New York on October 19th, 1991. The movie stars Rae Dawn Chong as Diana Pierce, Don Gordon as Charles Krieger and Tom Towles as Bob Laney. The premise of the film involves an alien serial killer who comes to Earth and begins randomly slaughtering people. When his physical form begins to lose cohesion, he tries to blend in with the general populace by "borrowing" people's skins.
