Sundae is a fictional animal and a minor character featured in the Halloween film series. Sundae appeared in the 1988 film Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers. Sundae was an adult dog owned by the Carruthers family. It is unclear what Sundae's gender is, but what is known is that the dog spent a lot of time with the Carruthers' foster daughter, Jamie Lloyd. On a night when Jamie suffered from a tremendous nightmare, the dog ran out of the room. Later, Jamie's psychotic uncle, Michael Myers, broke into the house when nobody was at home and began rooting through Jamie's belongings. Sundae must have come upon him, not realizing that Myers did not exactly have a pleasant history with canines. Sundae's body was later discovered by Sheriff Ben Meeker and Doctor Sam Loomis.
