Seth Green is an American actor, writer and television producer born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 8th, 1974. Green is best known for creating the comedy sketch show Robot Chicken, as well as providing the voice for the character Chris Griffin on the animated series Family Guy. Prior to his comedy work however, Green established himself in television by playing the role of taciturn guitarist-turned-werewolf Daniel "Oz" Osbourne in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Seth appeared in 40 episodes of the program as well as 1 episode of the spin-off series Angel.

- Not to be confused with Bruce Seth Green, who directed several episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
- Green's character Oz and his friends are frequently referred to as the "Scooby Gang". This is a nod towards the characters featured in the Hannah-Barbera Scooby-Doo cartoons. Ironically, Green played the role of a character named Patrick in the live-action film Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed along with Buffy co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar.
- "Consequences" is the only episode from season 3 of Buffy that Oz does not appear in.
