Sandy grew up at the Hammond Foundling Home in New York and was a close friend of Victoria Winters. In 1966, Vicki left the foundling home to pursue a career as a governess for the Collins family in Collinsport, Maine. Sandy and she had a discussion regarding Vicki's decision before she left. She believed that with her "looks and brains", she could get a job anywhere and even recommended working in Long Island. Sandy had difficulty understanding why Vicki would want to work in a "nowheres place" like Collinsport. (Dark Shadows: 1)
Friday the 13th[]
Sandy was a waitress at a the Blairstown Diner just outside Camp Crystal Lake. In 1979, campground manager Steve Christy visited her and described his counselors as "Babes in the woods". Sandy teased Steve by giving him a discount on his meal, then saying that he owed her a "night on the town". (Friday the 13th)
Werewolf by Night[]
Sandy was a young woman who lived in Venice Beach, California. She was the landlord of a six-story apartment complex called Colden House. Sandy received a lot of flak from the owner of the building concerning the apartment being rented out by one mister Jack Russell. Being a werewolf, Jack was sometimes prone to fits of chaotic savagery - savagery that was never conducive to the decor of Colden House. As such, Sandy confronted him in the corridor one morning and told him that he was being evicted. (Werewolf by Night 24)
