Raymond Koenig is a film screenwriter. He was active during the early 1970s and has only two credits in the film industry. Along with Joan Torres, he was co-writer on the 1972 exploitation film Blacula, which was directed by William Crain and produced by American International Pictures. Torres and Koenig returned for the movie's 1973 sequel, Scream, Blacula, Scream. This time they were joined by co-writer Maurice Jules.
