Psycho Cop Returns is an American horror film directed by Adam Rifkin. It is a sequel to the 1989 Wallace Potts horror film Psycho Cop. The film was produced by Film Nouveau and Penn-Eden West Pictures, Inc. and was released direct-to-video on July 27th, 1994. The film stars Bobby Ray Shafer as Joe Vickers, a Satanic, undead police officer who raids an office party where partiers are imbibing drugs and begins slaughtering them.
