Phantasm IV: Oblivion is an American independent horror film with elements of science fiction and dark fantasy. It is the fourth installment in the Phantasm film series and was written and directed by franchise creator Don Coscarelli. It was produced by Starway International, Inc. and released through Anchor Bay Entertainment. It premiered direct-to-video on October 13th, 1998. Finally... the origin of the Tall Man is revealed! To say nothing of his amazing giant balls!
