"Hell of a night, huh, Moonface?"

"Incident On and Off a Mountain Road" is the first telemovie of the horror anthology series Masters of Horror. It was directed by Don Coscarelli and written by Coscarelli and Stephen Romano based on a short story by Joe R. Lansdale. It first aired on Showtime on Friday, October 28th, 2005. The episode stars Bree Turner, John De Santis, Ethan Embry and Angus Scrimm. In this episode, a young woman named Ellen marries a survivalist named Bruce who trains her how to defend herself and to prepare for what he believes is a coming Apocalypse. While traveling through a mountain pass in Oregon, Ellen gets into a car accident only to soon find herself pursued by a pale-skinned giant known as Moonface.
