Mark Robson was a Canadian film director. He was born in Montréal, Québec, Canada on December 4th, 1913. In addition to the numerous action films he directed during the 1940s-1970s, Robson is also known for directing The Ghost Ship in 1943 and Isle of the Dead, starring Boris Karloff in 1945. Robson passed away in London, England on June 20th, 1978 at the age of 64.
