Mabel Albertson was an American film actress born in Lynn, Massachusetts on July 24th, 1901. She appeared in numerous films and television programs throughout the 1950s and 60s, but her first work in the horror genre was not until 1970 when she played Mrs. McDougal in the Aaron Spelling television movie The House That Wouldn't Die.
