Doctor Julia Hoffman was one of the main, credited characters on the 1990s Dark Shadows revival series, produced by Dan Curtis Productions, which ran on NBC from January to March, 1991. She was played by British actress Barbara Steele and was introduced in the series' pilot episode.

- The character of Julia Hoffman was created by Dan Curtis.
- Actress Barbara Steele also played the role of Countess Natalie du Pres in the 1790 Flashback story-arc. Julia Hoffman did not appear in episode 10 of the series, though Steele did portray the Countess in that episode.
- In the revival series, Doctor Hoffman was English, but in the original Dark Shadows, she was American.
