Isaac Collins is a minor character featured in the 1960s ABC Gothic soap opera Dark Shadows. He has been referenced only and has never made an actual appearance in the series, even in flashback. As such, no actor has ever portrayed him.
Isaac Collins is the founder of the New England branch of the wealthy Collins family as well as the founder of the town of Collinsport, Maine. He established the coatal community as well as the family business, the Collins Fishing Fleet back in the late 17th century.

- A portrait of Isaac Collins can be seen in the drawing room at Collinwood. It can be seen on the wall to the left of the large bay windows.
- Isaac Collins had a wife named Annabella, through which he bore a son that would ultimately beget the entire family line. The paternal descendants that existed between the time of Isaac Collins and that of Joshua Collins in 1795 is unknown.
- Carolyn Stoddard referred to Isaac as the "bigshot who started the whole mess."
- Carolyn has also stated that her uncle Roger Collins bears some resemblance to the representation of Isaac in the drawing room at Collinwood. Coincidentally, actor Louis Edmonds, who played Roger Collins would also play Isaac's brother, Amadeus Collins in the 1690 flashback arc.
