I Know What You Did Last Summer is a Young Adult novel written by Lois Duncan and first published in hardcover edition by Little, Brown and Company in October, 1973. The novel was adapted into a feature film in 1997 directed by Jim Gillespie. The book was re-issued in 1999 by Laurel Leaf and featured the I Know What You Did Last Summer movie poster as the cover.
