Gabourey Sidibe is an American television actor. She was born in Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn, New York City, New York on May 6th, 1983. In the horror genre, Gabourey is best known for playing the human voodoo doll, Queenie, in season three of the FX Network anthology series American Horror Story, which was branded under the subtitle, "Coven". Sidibe appeared in twelve out of thirteen episodes of "Coven". She returned to the show for season four, "Freak Show", but in a diminished capacity. She played a character named Regina Ross.
