Julia Lee is an American television actress who has appeared in episodes of several supernaturally-themed programs. Her first professional TV work was on the WB Network series Buffy the Vampire Slayer where she played a young woman named Chanterelle in the season 2 episode "Lie to Me". Lee appeared again on the show in the season premiere of season 3, "Anne", playing a character named Lily Houston. She appeared next in the spin-off series Angel where she played Anne Steele in the season 2 episode "Blood Money". Julia reprised the role of Anne in "The Thin Dead Line" and again in the series finale "Not Fade Away". It was later revealed that Chanterelle, Lily and Anne Steele were all the same character.
Between her appearances on Buffy and Angel, Julia Lee also appeared in the season 2 episode of Charmed entitled "How to Make a Quilt Out of Americans" in 2000. She played the younger version of a character named Gail, the older version of which was played by Anne Haney.
