Dawn Addams was a British film actress born in Felixstowe, Suffolk, England on September 21st, 1930. Her first role in a horror feature was the 1960 Terence Fisher film The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll, produced by Hammer Film Productions. She played the role of Kitty Jekyll, the unfaithful spouse of Doctor Henry Jekyll who came to an untimely end at the hands of Henry's alter ego, Edward Hyde. In 1970 she appeared in another Hammer film, The Vampire Lovers, directed by Roy Ward Baker. Addams played an unnamed Countess who discovers that her daughter has developed an illness that could only be caused by a vampire attack. She followed this up in 1973 playing a character named Inez in the horror anthology film, The Vault of Horror in the third segment entitled "This Trick'll Kill You". This film was also directed by Roy Ward Baker and was Addams' final role in a horror feature. Dawn Addams passed away from cancer in London, England on May 7th, 1985 at the age of 54.

• Dawn's first professional film role was as Dottie Phelps in 1951's Night Into Morning.

• Had a son, Noel Shawn Patrick Addams who died at six months old from bronchial pneumonia in Liverpool, England in March of 1966.
