Claire Redfield is a fictional zombie hunter and action heroine and a major character featured in the Resident Evil multimedia franchise. She first appeared in the 1998 video game Resident Evil 2 by Capcom where the character was voiced by Alyson Court. In the 2019 remake of Resident Evil 2, she was voiced by Stephanie Panisello. The character also appeared in the 2007 feature film Resident Evil: Extinction where she was played by actress Ali Larter. Larter reprised the role of Claire Redfield for the sequel films Resident Evil: Afterlife and Resident Evil: The Final Chapter.
