"She's a Man, Baby, a Man!" is the fifth episode of season two of the supernatural family drama series Charmed and the twenty-seventh episode of the series overall. The premise of the show involves three sisters from San Francisco, California, who are witches known as the Charmed Ones. Each one is gifted with fantastic powers and together, they protect the world from evil warlocks, demons, and other supernatural entities. The episode was directed by Martha Mitchell with a script written by Javier Grillo-Marxuach. It first aired on the WB Network on November 4th, 1999.

- Actress Heidi Mark will go on to marry Vince Neil, formerly the lead singer of Mötley Crüe. Fourteen months later, they divorce citing irreconcilable differences.
- Actor Nick Stabile is also known for playing the protagonist Jesse from the 1998 horror/comedy Bride of Chucky.
