"Bad Girls" is the 14th episode of season 3 of the American television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and is the 49th episode of the series overall. It was directed by Michael Lange and written by Douglas Petrie. It first aired on the WB Network on Thursday, February 9th, 1999. In this episode, Buffy Summers gets a new Watcher, Wesley Wyndam-Pryce, and quickly learns that he is not as liberal in his guidance as Giles. Later, Faith introduces Buffy to her "wild side" and the two Slayers join forces, celebrating the glory and recklessness that sometimes comes with being a Slayer. Meanwhile, a powerful demon searches for a mystic amulet to restore his lost power.
