#Alive is a South Korean horror film of the zombie apocalypse subgenre of horror. It was directed by Cho Il-Hyung with a screenplay written by Cho and Matt Naylor. It was produced by Zip Cinema and Perspective Pictures. It premiered in South Korea on June 24th, 2020. It was made available in the United States on the Netflix streaming service on September 8th, 2020. The film stars Yoo Ah-in as Joon-woo - a young gamer who finds himself trapped in his apartment during a zombie outbreak. Nearing starvation, he finds an ally in Kim Yoo-bin, played by Park Shin-Hye - who lives in the apartment complex across from him. After communicating with each other for several days, they find a way to meet up and embark upon a dangerous and desperate campaign to stay alive.
