Adrienne King is an American actress, artist and entrepreneur. Born in Long Island, New York on February 4th, 1960, King immortalized herself in horror film history in her portrayal of camp counselor Alice Hardy in Sean S. Cunningham's 1980 slasher film Friday the 13th. Shortly after the film's release, King was stalked by an obsessive fan while residing in New York City. Despite this harrowing experience, King reluctantly agreed to reprise the role of Alice Hardy for the film's 1981 sequel, Friday the 13th Part 2 under the stipulation that she only had a minimal role in the film. Following Friday the 13th Part 2, King retired from acting for many years. Altough her appearances on the big screen have been sporadic, Adrienne did contribute her voice talents for audio loops featured in several films including 1994's Wolf. In 2009, King returned to acting and was featured in the sci-fi/horror film Walking Distance.
