Arthur, Mina and Van Helsing (Hammer Horror)

The 19th century is a one-hundred-year period of time, which began in 1800 and ended in 1899. Outside of the modern era, the 19th century is probably the most widely used time period in the horror genre. A popular setting for 19th century horror is Victorian England, which is never in short supply of vampires, ghosts and shadowy rippers stalking fresh prey beneath the gas-lit streets of London.
